The whole production process of PVC edgebanding is fascinating. It starts with having the PVC powder processed at the extrusion machine. The powder is turned into rigid sheets that come out in continuous rolls. Our competent team understands the vitality of the ingredients used as well as the process and we approach each with extra care.
During the extrusion process, primer is applied to the back of the substrate. Primer is a special chemical that makes the edging adherable to the panel with hot melt. In our production, we make sure that we use the best quality and the right quantity primer for the best results. The product can fail to stick or start peeling off from the panel if wrong quality or wrong quantity of primer is applied to the product. Therefore, we pay special attention to the primering process.
At our ultra modern facility, we make sure that all products are tested and adhere to perfect quality standards. We have varieties of textures and colors to choose from.
We derive most of our pride from our unmatched capability to print extruded PVC sheets in brilliant colors and designs. This has been made possible with our highly skilled technicians who use UV printing technology. This technology ensures that adhesiveness of the ink is continuously checked and confirmed. Most importantly, the UV lacquering that we use is resistant to all scratches and damages. To ensure that the surface of the edge is fully protected after process, special protective film could be applied.
