Our mission at TECE is to produce and offer a complete solution for the edgebanding needs. To this end, our already wide range of edgebandings will be wider at the end of this year. Investments in machinery and R&D have already been made to produce the below products: Edge For No-Glue-Line This is the edgebanding used in Laser, Hotair, Airtec, Plasma and other zero-glue-line edgebanding machines. The product will be available in both PP and ABS. The edgebanding will be produced in jumbo roll of 250mm width. The thickness will be between 1mm and 2mm depending on the requirement of our customers. PP Edgebanding Polypropylene, called as PP, is the alternative to ABS and PVC edgebanding. Characteristically, it is softer and lighter. It is the ecological product, alternative to ABS edgebanding because it is cheaper. Our PP edgebanding will be produced in two widths: 250mm and 610mm. The thickness will be between 0.4mm and 2mm. Two-Layer edgebanding It is all about helping our architects & designer to become more flexible and creative in their work. With this new product, small details become more important. The two-layer edgebanding will be available in ABS and PP. The product can have 1mm of one color over 0.2mm of another color. So, the final thickness can be 1.2mm. Once the product is ready, we will share the details here and we hope that we can assist the creative architects in their works. At TECE, our most important characteristic is to invest as much as possible to R & D and producing products that our customers demand.
