Profile Wrapping Material in PVC / ABS

Furniture is about the trends. Before 2010, radius-edged furniture was the trend of the industry. Today, we are seeing a trend with sharp and straight edged furniture in almost all furniture around the world. Like all other commodity products, in furniture industry also, trends rotate. Recent years, we have been receiving more inquiry and demand for soft-forming products for radius application. It looks like radius edged furniture is now again being designed and developed. We already offer soft-forming melamine edgebanding. But our customers have demanded a more resistant product. So we developed PVC / ABS foils in special thickness and flexibility. This product can be used for profile wrapping just like soft-forming edgebanding. Now, our customers are using this flexible product to wrap frames which become the edges of a table or a cabinet door. Below, you can see a concept designed by our customer, Ergül Furniture. Our specially prepared wrapping material is produced in master roll, and has a width of 610mm. We can slit to any size that is requested (50mm, 100mm, 200mm, etc). Another important advantage of Tece plastic wrapping material is that it will match 100% to the edgebanding; therefore, it will be matching to the board or any other design or color requested.
