There is a saying 'a picture tells 1000 words'. And probably a video tells a million words. Taking this into consideration, we prepared two-hour play at our TECE seminar salon to show how important quality is for our customers and company. Thanks to the efforts by EKIM Art Studio, TECE's full staff enjoyed a 2 hour theater show in which EKIM team came up with plays to explain how important quality to TECE and TECE's customers. In one example of a play, the players created a scene where the customer received the wrong materials; the result of this was dramatically shown in the play. The purpose of each play was to teach our workforce the importance of quality, importance of caring about each and every detail. Our full team of 200 employees enjoyed the theater and we like to thank the Ekim Art Studio for their incredible work and make us to understand TECE’s philosophy in a more enjoyable way.
