The machine is a combination of rewinding and slitting machines. It allows for more flexibility and efficiency for our customers.

The machine works as shown in the video above. It will only be available for customers who buy edgebanding from us. Our goal is to help our customers be more flexible and competitive in the market.

What you can do:

1. Slit any thickness between 0.3mm and 1mm. Anything thicker than 1mm may damage the knife and motor.
2. Slit widths as small as 9mm and up to a maximum of 90mm.
3. Slit widths that you cannot sell, for example, 42mm of black that is not in demand, into 21mm or 22mm+20mm rolls.
4. The machine requires single phase 220V electricity to run.

What you cannot do:

1. The machine is not capable of cutting anything over 1.2mm thickness.
2. It cannot slit an original width of 91mm. The maximum width is 90mm.
3. The machine is only available to customers who purchase edgebanding from TECE.
