Designers work tirelessly to come up with small details that can make a significant impact on the final design of their furniture. At TECE, we understand the importance of these details and strive to expand our special edgebanding section to meet the needs of our customers.

Our product range includes a variety of edgebanding options such as 2in1, 3D, 3in1 and more. Recently, we have added a new product called ‘double-layer edgebanding’ to our range.

Double-layer edgebanding is produced by co-extruding two layers of plastic together. The colors of both layers can be customized based on the customer’s requirements. For example, for a high gloss white panel, a customer can use 1mm thick of edgebanding. Within that 1mm, the bottom layer can be 0.5mm in red, while the top layer remains the same color as the board.

This double-layer edgebanding allows for more creative freedom and added value to the final design of the furniture.
