Overview

The perfect ergonomic design of our machine makes our customers works easier and healthier.

Many years ago, we designed and developed the rewinding machine; over time, we made changes to the machine to adapt the needs of our customers. In this new version, we utilize the space to store edgebanding rolls and some more changes were implemented for better usage of space and machine.

Features

Ergonomic Design: When designing this machine, we thought much about ergonomics to make sure that while working, worker's standing position and bending position would not harm them in the long run.

Fully Automated: It is fully automated and it is very easy to use. The machine is supplied to only TECE customers who buy edgebanding on regular basis. So it can only be used to rewind TECE edgebandings.

Utilizing the Space: Utilization is an important aspect of product development. To this end, we utilized the below part of the machine. It can hold as many as 40 rolls.

All is in One Place: When designing the machine, we added space for tools that we use. On the right side of the machine, we added two hangers for scissors and tape.

Control panel

1. Speed. The speed of the machine can be controlled here. Depending on the material, the speed is important. For 2 mm, better do it slowly. For 0.4 mm, speed will save time.
2. Start-stop buttons. The machine is controlled with this start-stop buttons. In addition to the automated stop at a given meter, the machine is also controlled with these buttons.
3. Meter counter. With this, no need to worry about to make the exact meter. Just press in the desired length, the machine will stop at that meter exactly.
