They prefer to pay for the material that they will use. Therefore, instead of buying a 300 meter roll, they prefer to buy a roll of 50 meter or 100 meters. With this, you place one complete roll on left side and get the precisely measured roll in the right side. There is no doubt whether the customer gets lesser length or more length; it is precisely measured with the electronic measurement. About the apparatus It works with mono phase electrical power. It requires 220 volt. Simply, it works with the same power as your TV or hair dryer. It has dimensions of 50cm x 110cm x H130cm. It has electronic measuring unit so that you can set the meter at exact point and the device will stop at that precise meter. So you can set it to work while you are working on another thing. It has speed control: Whether you want to rewind it fast or slow speed, this is very possible. You can rewind any thickness between 0.4mm and 2mm.
