The Real Barrier Isn't the Machine

Hot air, laser, and other zero-glue-line edgebanders have earned their place on the shop floor. But sourcing edgebanding that's compatible, in stock, and reasonably priced has remained the bottleneck keeping distributors from stocking this product at all. Today, most furniture producers still run their edgebanding machines without a hot air feature.

The Perfect Solution for Distributors

With TECE, distributors can combine standard edgebanding with our functional-layer edgebanding on the same order: matching what they stock to what their customers actually run, without carrying two separate product lines. Our functional layer is formulated and applied in-house, engineered to deliver the strongest bond and the cleanest, most invisible line when reactivated by hot air.

One Jumbo Roll, Ordered Your Way

Our express range still carries a minimum order quantity of one jumbo roll; but that roll doesn't have to be all one thing. Order part of it with the functional layer applied, and the rest without, so your stock matches your customers' machines and budgets.
